Cover your cake with fondant the EASY WAY! Follow these simple tips.
Wash mat well with hot soapy water before first use. Cure mat once a month by spreading a small amount of shortening over the surface, rub into mat and then wipe off excess with a paper towel. In between use, spray with Fantastic Spray, wipe then rinse by spraying with water and wipe dry. Store mat rolled, not folded.
